Hussein Ashish (born August 6, 1995) is a Jordanian athlete, a player for the Jordanian national boxing team, and a member of the Jordanian gendarmerie forces. He started boxing at the Jordan Youth Center in Al-Baqa’a camp, and joined the ranks of the Jordanian national team for the first time in 2009. He is the brother of boxer Ziad Ashish.

He represented Jordan in the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro, and he was the Jordanian flag bearer at the opening ceremony, and he also represented Jordan in the 2020 Tokyo Olympics.

Hussein Ashish won 3 bronze medals at the 2016 Asian Boxing Championships in Thailand, 2017 in Uzbekistan, and 2019 in Thailand. He also won the bronze of the Islamic Solidarity Games in Azerbaijan in 2016, the gold of the meeting between the best player in Asia with the best player in Europe in the Czech Republic in 2019, the gold of the World Experimental Championship in Qatar in 2015, the bronze of the Asian Youth Championship in the Philippines in 2013, and fifth place in the World Championships In Russia 2018, and other colored medals at the Open Championships.
