The Olympics is the dream of any athlete, since my first day in boxing I put the goal of qualifying for the Olympic Games at the forefront of my aspirations and indeed I managed to qualify on two occasions.

Al-Kisba began playing boxing at the age of ten at Al-Baqaa Club and joined the Jordanian national team for the first time in 2009. The first foreign medal that Al-Kisba achieved with the Jordanian national team was in 2012 by winning the gold in the Algerian championship, and in 2013 he was able to win the silver in the Asian Championship, which was hosted by the Jordanian capital Amman, in the weight category under 56 kg, and he returned to repeat his achievement and won in 2019 the silver of the Asian Championship in the version hosted by the Thai capital, Bangkok, in the weight category under 64 kg.

Al-Kisba won the bronze medal in the Asian Games, which was held in Incheon, South Korea in 2014, and the bronze medal in the Islamic Solidarity Games, which took place in the Azerbaijani capital, Baku in 2017.

Abda Al-Kasbah succeeded in qualifying for the 2016 Rio Olympics after finishing fifth in the world qualifiers that took place in Azerbaijan in 2016. At the Olympics, Al-Kisba participated in the under-64 kg category, where he lost his first fight in the round of 32 to Canadian player Arthur Biarslanov.

Al-Kisba returned to qualify for the Olympic Games in Tokyo in 2020 by winning the bronze medal in the boxing qualifiers for the Asian and Oceania continents, which took place in Jordan from March 3 to 11, 2020.
